Although drugstore products do contain high-grade ingredients found in salon products, they only contain small amounts of them. They are often diluted and full of fillers leaving your hair damaged and stripping the colour along with it. Professional products can only be trusted when sold from a professional salon. They result in a higher cost due to the correct usage of high-grade ingredients that go into making them, and formulated to live up to its promise. I only suggest professional to ensure that we maintain the look and integrity of your hair between appointments and we can feel confident knowing we have done everything we can to maintain your desired look. Yes! You can purchase a gift card at my salon. They are available to use on any of my services, but not any retail product sales.

I encourage clients to pre-book their next appointments after their service is finished. If this is not possible, please book yourself a couple weeks in advance.

I require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you are a “no show”, you will be required to pay for your missed service in full in order to rebook. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee (for colour services), and $20 (for haircuts), to be paid on the day of your cancelled appointment. If you choose to reschedule within two weeks of the cancellation, the fee will go towards your re-booked service. The cancellation fee does not go towards the amount due on your next appointment if booked past that two-week window.

I accept e-transfer or cash for all my service appointments.

In-person payments need to be made before the service begins or before leaving the studio. No exceptions.

Yes, there is free parking available in select spots labelled “Visitor” that are within walking distance to my studio. It can get busy so please allow for enough time to find parking.
